The management team of Ohmycad (NEXTCUBE.IO SAS), a Dassault Syst\u00e8mes solutions integrator specializing in SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, and Outscale, has acquired the company\u2019s entire equity from Avenao.<\/p>\n

The move comes after a record-breaking year: 16 awards received at the Dassault Syst\u00e8mes 3DEXPERIENCE World 2026, including the award for the world\u2019s leading cloud reseller*. It empowers executives to accelerate growth in two areas: the company\u2019s traditional business of direct sales and integration of Dassault Syst\u00e8mes solutions, and its transformation into a distribution and support platform (Value Added Master Reseller), which helps entrepreneurs replicate its model internationally.<\/p>\n

The OMC30 Plan is clear: become Dassault Syst\u00e8mes\u2019 number one partner worldwide in new client acquisition.<\/p>\n

The acquiring group consists of Ohmycad\u2019s four long-time executives: Pierre-Marc Allain (CEO & Co-Founder), Victor Roux (CMO & Head of the Master Reseller Program), Kilian Le Fouill\u00e9 (CRO & Head of Ohmycad Studio), and Nadim Al Khoury (COO, Finance & Operations). They are supported by the original founders (S\u00e9bastien and Lenny Vercruysse), who, in addition to being the majority shareholders, remain committed to the objectives of the OMC30 Plan.<\/p>\n

For all Ohmycad customers, nothing will change in their day-to-day operations. This independence will enable us to invest more quickly in: artificial intelligence and new technologies to serve our customers, the expansion of our partner network, our service offerings, and a sovereign cloud with Outscale.<\/p>\n
