Remove expired roles<\/h4>\n<p>The platform administrator must go to the<a href=\"https:\/\/eu1-ifwe.3dexperience.3ds.com\/#dashboard:e88a79f9-b86c-449d-b438-dca5445d4a9b\/tab:Members\/invite-grant-roles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;Platform management<\/a>&#8221; Dashboard, then activate the &#8220;Remove expired roles automatically&#8221; option:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"377\" style=\"width: 688px; height: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/image-png-Feb-28-2024-11-34-16-2055-AM.png\" width=\"688\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<h4>2. Remove members who will no longer have access<\/h4>\n<p>Still on the<a href=\"https:\/\/eu1-ifwe.3dexperience.3ds.com\/#dashboard:e88a79f9-b86c-449d-b438-dca5445d4a9b\/tab:Members\/invite-grant-roles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;Platform management<\/a>&#8221; Dashboard, delete the access of members who will no longer have access to 3DEXPERIENCE after renewal:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"357\" style=\"width: 688px; height: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/image-png-Feb-28-2024-11-39-47-3722-AM.png\" width=\"688\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p>You have two options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remove access: the user will no longer be able to connect<\/li>\n<li>Remove the user: he\/she will no longer appear in the platform, but the files he\/she has created will remain accessible. Recommended if available (option grayed out if roles are locked). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"467\" style=\"width: 688px; height: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/image-png-Feb-28-2024-11-43-03-8855-AM.png\" width=\"688\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>After the renewal date :<\/h3>\n<p>You may be upgrading from a SOLIDWORKS Premium license to a SOLIDWORKS Standard license. Upgrade now! <\/p>\n<p>To do this, simply perform an &#8220;upgrade&#8221;, in the same way as an update.
