{"id":91564,"date":"2025-03-19T00:19:15","date_gmt":"2025-03-18T23:19:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ohmycad.com\/no-se-pueden-extraer-los-datos-de-la-instalacion-resolucion\/"},"modified":"2025-03-19T00:19:15","modified_gmt":"2025-03-18T23:19:15","slug":"no-se-pueden-extraer-los-datos-de-la-instalacion-resolucion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ohmycad.com\/es\/no-se-pueden-extraer-los-datos-de-la-instalacion-resolucion\/","title":{"rendered":"No se pueden extraer los datos de la instalaci\u00f3n - resoluci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Problema:&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<p>Al iniciar SOLIDWORKS u otras aplicaciones, aparece el siguiente error: \u00abNo se han podido extraer los datos de instalaci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-none\" height=\"244\" style=\"width: 494px; height: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/undefined-3.png\" width=\"494\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<h3>Correcciones conocidas :<\/h3>\n<h4>Si utilizas el software antivirus SentinelOne<\/h4>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Si utilizas el antivirus Sentinel One, bloquear\u00e1 la apertura del Lanzador 3DEXPERIENCE.<\/p>\n<p>Al consultar el Visor de Sucesos, aparece un m\u00f3dulo defectuoso: InProcessClient64.dll, como se muestra en la imagen siguiente:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-none\" height=\"497\" style=\"width: 688px; height: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/undefined-2.jpeg\" width=\"688\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-note\" data-hs-callout-type=\"note\">\n<p>Resoluci\u00f3n: T\u00fa o tu departamento inform\u00e1tico deb\u00e9is a\u00f1adir una excepci\u00f3n en el software antivirus Sentinel One para el siguiente programa:<\/p>\n<p>C:\\Program Files\\Dassault Systemes\\3DEXPERIENCE Launcher\\3DEXPERIENCE LauncherGUI.exe<\/p>\n<p>C:\\Program Files\\Dassault Systemes\\Launcher\\3DEXPERIENCE LauncherBackbone.exe<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>IMPORTANTE: Debes reiniciar tu estaci\u00f3n de trabajo una vez a\u00f1adida la excepci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Si has instalado tu lanzador 3DEXPERIENCE en una ubicaci\u00f3n personalizada, tendr\u00e1s que a\u00f1adir esa ubicaci\u00f3n personalizada como excepci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h4>Si no utilizas el software antivirus SentinelOne<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<ol>Otra posible causa es el nivel de seguridad de la intranet local, que bloquea los intercambios con el Lanzador 3DEXPERIENCE.<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<ol>En este caso, prueba el siguiente procedimiento:&nbsp;<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Abre Opciones de Internet en el men\u00fa Inicio de Windows.
