Este error indica que : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No tienes acceso a un \u00e1rea de colaboraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Eres miembro de varias plataformas y no tienes las funciones o licencias adecuadas en una de ellas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-tip\" data-hs-callout-type=\"tip\">\n<p><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n <\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>A.  Causa n\u00ba 1: roles caducados en tu perfil<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para comprobarlo y resolverlo, pide a tu administrador (si no eres t\u00fa) que elimine los roles caducados de la plataforma:<\/p>\n<p>1. Tendr\u00e1s dos opciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eliminar acceso: el usuario ya no podr\u00e1 conectarse<\/li>\n<li>Eliminar al usuario: dejar\u00e1 de aparecer en la plataforma, pero los archivos que haya creado seguir\u00e1n siendo accesibles. Recomendado si la opci\u00f3n est\u00e1 disponible (opci\u00f3n en gris si los roles est\u00e1n bloqueados). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"466\" style=\"width: 688px; height: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/hub.xdinnovation.eu\/hs-fs\/hubfs\/image-png-Feb-28-2024-11-43-03-8855-AM.png?width=688&amp;height=467&amp;name=image-png-Feb-28-2024-11-43-03-8855-AM.png\" width=\"688\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>B.  Causa 2: Puede que hayas pasado de una licencia SOLIDWORKS Premium a una licencia SOLIDWORKS Standard. \u00a1Tienes que actualizar! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para ello, basta con realizar una \u00abactualizaci\u00f3n\u00bb, del mismo modo que una actualizaci\u00f3n. Causa n\u00b0 3 : no hay acceso a un espacio de colaboraci\u00f3n en 3DSpace<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Abre una ventana privada (Mozilla Firefox ESR), una ventana de Inc\u00f3gnito (Google Chrome) o una ventana InPrivate (Microsoft Edge Chromium).<\/li>\n<li>Con\u00e9ctate a tu <a href=\"https:\/\/eu1-ifwe.3dexperience.3ds.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">plataforma 3DEXPERIENCE<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Abre la br\u00fajula (icono 3DEXPERIENCE)<\/li>\n<li>Inicia la aplicaci\u00f3n 3DSpace.<\/li>\n<li>Activa un espacio colaborativo, como <strong>Espacio Com\u00fan<\/strong>, haciendo doble clic sobre \u00e9l.\n<ol>\n<li>Si no ves ning\u00fan espacio colaborativo y no puedes crear uno nuevo, ponte en contacto con el administrador de tu plataforma.
