Codificaci\u00f3n de archivos con 3DEXPERIENCE"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Introducci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La codificaci\u00f3n puede ser \u00fatil tanto para peque\u00f1as como para grandes empresas, y suele hacerse con el atributo llamado \u00abN\u00famero de Elemento de Empresa\u00bb (EIN) en 3DEXPERIENCE.<\/p>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-note\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-hs-callout-type=\"note\">\n<p>Definici\u00f3n: el EIN es un <strong>c\u00f3digo de identificaci\u00f3n \u00fanico<\/strong> asignado a un elemento de una empresa. En su lugar, el c\u00f3digo de pieza aparece en el bloque de t\u00edtulo del dibujo. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paso 1: mostrar el EIN&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por defecto, el EIN no aparece en SOLIDWORKS ni en la plataforma 3DEXPERIENCE. Por tanto, el primer paso es activar su visualizaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. En SOLIDWORKS<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abre SOLIDWORKS. Unicidad del NIE<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Te aconsejamos que configures los par\u00e1metros de modo que no puedas tener 2 c\u00f3digos id\u00e9nticos. Queremos que cada c\u00f3digo sea <strong>\u00fanico<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para ello, selecciona<strong>\u00abConfiguraci\u00f3n del administrador<\/strong>\u00bb y comprueba que la casilla<strong>\u00abActivar unicidad<\/strong>\u00bb est\u00e1 marcada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"7-4\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"88\" style=\"height: auto; width: 526px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/7-4.jpg\" width=\"526\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-note\" data-hs-callout-type=\"note\">\n<p>Nota: con esta opci\u00f3n, el sistema comprueba autom\u00e1ticamente que el c\u00f3digo EIN de cada componente es \u00fanico.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Personaliza tu NIE<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>a. Entrada manual <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por defecto, el NIE es s\u00f3lo un campo de texto que puedes rellenar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si tu empresa necesita flexibilidad en su codificaci\u00f3n, esto puede ser suficiente. Sin embargo, te recomendamos que establezcas una <em>f\u00f3rmula<\/em>. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>b. F\u00f3rmula <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si queremos un c\u00f3digo que llame a varias propiedades de nuestro archivo (es decir, concatenar propiedades), tenemos que definir una f\u00f3rmula para nuestro EIN.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahora ve a<strong>\u00abConfiguraci\u00f3n de la f\u00f3rmula<\/strong>\u00ab. Aqu\u00ed es donde eliges de qu\u00e9 estar\u00e1 hecho tu NIE. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"8-1\" class=\"hs-image-align-none\" height=\"331\" style=\"height: auto; width: 664px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/8-1.jpg\" width=\"664\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La<strong>\u00abf\u00f3rmula<\/strong>\u00bb da una idea de c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 tu EIN.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Puedes a\u00f1adir diferentes campos haciendo clic en<strong>\u00ab+<\/strong>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"9-2\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"289\" style=\"height: auto; width: 377px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/9-2.jpg\" width=\"377\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-caution\" data-hs-callout-type=\"caution\">\n<ul>\n<li>Requisitos previos: si quieres utilizar propiedades de SOLIDWORKS o 3DEXPERIENCE en tu EIN, debes haberlas <a href=\"https:\/\/hub.xdinnovation.eu\/knowledge\/cartouche-de-plans\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">declarado y asignado previamente<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ejemplo de un EIN :<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si queremos un NIE para un expediente cuyo n\u00famero de expediente es XDI24 y cuya familia es Ferreter\u00eda (QC), \u00e9sta es la f\u00f3rmula a declarar:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00famero de caso - Familia - Contador<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O bien : <strong>XDI24-QC-0015<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paso 3: Asignar el EIN a tus expedientes<\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. En SOLIDWORKS<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la pesta\u00f1a 3DEXPERIENCE de la derecha de la pantalla, llamada Mi Sesi\u00f3n, selecciona los componentes a codificar:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"1128\" style=\"height: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/image-png-May-03-2024-09-38-14-1164-AM.png\" width=\"1208\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.
