Routes"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Inleiding<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De toepassing<strong>\"Routebeheer<\/strong>\" in 3DEXPERIENCE kan worden gebruikt om een reeks taken aan te maken, met als hoofddoel het beoordelen en valideren van documenten. We zullen zien hoe we routes kunnen gebruiken om een onderdeel en de tekening ervan te valideren en hun volwassenheidstoestanden te wijzigen. <\/p>\n<h3>Stap 1: Maak een route in 3DEXPERIENCE<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Een goede gewoonte voordat je bestanden ter beoordeling verstuurt, is om de looptijd te wijzigen in<strong>\"Bevroren<\/strong>\". Op die manier weet je zeker dat het document dat je ter controle verstuurt niet per ongeluk wordt gewijzigd. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"371\" style=\"height: auto; width: 688px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/GIF%20change%20maturity-gif.gif\" width=\"688\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Voeg de toepassing<strong>Routebeheer<\/strong> toe aan uw 3DDashboard. Sleep de toepassing gewoon naar een nieuw tabblad: <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"371\" style=\"height: auto; width: 688px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/Add%20route%20on%20dashboard-gif.gif\" width=\"688\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p>3. Vervolgens kun je een route aanmaken door links op<strong>\"Nieuwe route<\/strong>\" te klikken:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"371\" style=\"height: auto; width: 688px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/Create%20route-gif.gif\" width=\"688\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selecteer<strong>\"Verbonden objecten bevorderen<\/strong>\" als de<strong>\"Actie bij voltooiing route<\/strong>\" zodat de bestanden automatisch<strong>\"Gedistribueerd<\/strong>\" worden zodra de route is gevalideerd.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-none\" height=\"455\" style=\"height: auto; width: 434px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/image-png-Jun-13-2024-01-41-24-4680-PM.png\" width=\"434\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p>Voeg je bestanden toe die gevalideerd moeten worden (SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, Excel, PDF, Word, etc.) zoals in de video wordt getoond, of door de zoekfunctie te gebruiken.<\/p>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-caution\" data-hs-callout-type=\"caution\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Let op: als je een assemblage toevoegt, verandert voorlopig alleen de assemblage in de status<strong>\"Distributed\"<\/strong> als deze wordt goedgekeurd. Subassemblages en onderdelen blijven<strong>\"Bevroren<\/strong>\".<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We raden je daarom aan om<strong>routes te gebruiken voor onderdelen en tekeningen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vervolgens definieer je de taken die je wilt voor je proces. De bestanden worden automatisch gekoppeld aan deze taak, zodat de goedkeurder er niet naar hoeft te zoeken! <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"371\" style=\"height: auto; width: 688px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/Add%20tasks-gif.gif\" width=\"688\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p>Je kunt de route<strong>\"In concept<\/strong>\" maken en later starten.<\/p>\n<h3>Fase 2: De reis beginnen<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wanneer je alle taken in je route hebt gedefinieerd, start je de route zodat elke persoon een melding krijgt wanneer zijn taak klaar is:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"371\" style=\"height: auto; width: 688px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/Start%20route-gif.gif\" width=\"688\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p>Elke persoon voert dan zijn taak uit en kan de bestanden direct bekijken:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"371\" style=\"height: auto; width: 688px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/Approve%20task-gif.gif\" width=\"688\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wanneer de taak is gevalideerd, kun je ervoor kiezen om de goedkeuring elektronisch te ondertekenen (dit kan handig zijn om aan bepaalde normen te voldoen). Dit wordt ingesteld in de toepassing <strong>Collaborative Space Configuration Center -&gt; Routebeheer<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"312\" style=\"height: auto; width: 688px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/image-png-Jun-13-2024-01-36-56-4539-PM.png\" width=\"688\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Als alle taken zijn voltooid, worden de bestanden <strong>automatisch omgeschakeld naar de \"Gedistribueerde\" looptijdstatus<\/strong> als je deze optie hebt geselecteerd bij het maken van de route.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dan eindigt de route.
