Bestandscodering met 3DEXPERIENCE"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inleiding<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Codering kan nuttig zijn voor zowel kleine als grote bedrijven, en wordt meestal gedaan met het kenmerk \"Enterprise Element Number\" (EIN) in 3DEXPERIENCE.<\/p>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-note\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-hs-callout-type=\"note\">\n<p>Definitie: de EIN is een <strong>unieke identificatiecode<\/strong> die wordt toegewezen aan een item binnen een bedrijf. In plaats daarvan verschijnt de onderdeelcode in het titelblok van de tekening. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stap 1: toon de EIN&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Standaard verschijnt het EIN niet in SOLIDWORKS of op het 3DEXPERIENCE-platform. De eerste stap is daarom het activeren van de weergave. <\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Op SOLIDWORKS<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Open SOLIDWORKS. Uniekheid van het EIN<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We raden je aan om de parameters zo in te stellen dat je geen 2 identieke codes kunt hebben. We willen dat elke code <strong>uniek<\/strong> is. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selecteer hiervoor<strong>\"Beheerdersconfiguratie<\/strong>\" en controleer of het vakje<strong>\"Uniciteit inschakelen<\/strong>\" is aangevinkt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"7-4\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"88\" style=\"height: auto; width: 526px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/7-4.jpg\" width=\"526\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-note\" data-hs-callout-type=\"note\">\n<p>Opmerking: met deze optie controleert het systeem automatisch of de EIN-code voor elk onderdeel uniek is.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Je EIN aanpassen<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>a. Handmatige invoer<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Standaard is het EIN gewoon een tekstveld dat je kunt invullen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Als je bedrijf flexibiliteit nodig heeft in de codering, kan dit voldoende zijn. We raden je echter aan om een <em>formule<\/em> op te zetten. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>b. Formule<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Als we code willen die meerdere eigenschappen in ons bestand oproept (d.w.z. eigenschappen aan elkaar rijgen), moeten we een formule defini\u00ebren voor onze EIN.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ga nu naar<strong>\"Formuleconfiguratie<\/strong>\". Hier kies je waaruit je EIN zal bestaan. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"8-1\" class=\"hs-image-align-none\" height=\"331\" style=\"height: auto; width: 664px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/8-1.jpg\" width=\"664\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De<strong>\"formule<\/strong>\" geeft een idee van hoe je EIN eruit zal zien.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je kunt verschillende velden toevoegen door op<strong>\"+<\/strong>\" te klikken.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"9-2\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"289\" style=\"height: auto; width: 377px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/9-2.jpg\" width=\"377\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-caution\" data-hs-callout-type=\"caution\">\n<ul>\n<li>Voorwaarden: als je SOLIDWORKS of 3DEXPERIENCE eigenschappen wilt gebruiken in je EIN, moet je ze <a href=\"https:\/\/hub.xdinnovation.eu\/knowledge\/cartouche-de-plans\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vooraf gedeclareerd en in kaart gebracht hebben<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Voorbeeld van een EIN :<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Als we een EIN willen voor een dossier met zaaknummer XDI24 en waarvan de familie Hardware (QC) is, moeten we de volgende formule opgeven:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zaaknummer - Familie - Loket<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ofwel : <strong>XDI24-QC-0015<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stap 3: wijs de EIN toe aan je bestanden<\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.
