SOLIDWORKS aangesloten bijwerken"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Over updates<\/h3>\n<p>Je kunt de details van elke update bekijken <a href=\"https:\/\/r1132100503382-eu1-3dswym.3dexperience.3ds.com\/#community:4\/wiki:1d4N6xSGQMKRTwat2uJ7ng\" rel=\"noopener\">op deze link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Er zijn verschillende soorten updates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grote update (R202Xx): komt overeen met een verandering van jaar in SOLIDWORKS (van 2022 naar 2023, enz.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deze updates vinden aan het eind van elk jaar plaats. Ze zijn verplicht (rood pictogram) en moeten worden uitgevoerd om SOLIDWORKS te kunnen starten. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kleine update (FD0X): komt overeen met de toevoeging van nieuwe functies en bugfixes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dit gebeurt ongeveer elke 3 maanden. Je hebt 2 weken de tijd om bij te werken voordat het verplicht wordt (oranje pictogram). <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hotifx (HF): dit zijn kritieke bugfixes. Dit type update is vrij zeldzaam en optioneel (oranje of groen pictogram). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Voorbeeld van een update : R2023x FD03 HF3.6<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/image-png-Aug-30-2023-03-55-14-1823-PM.png\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Hier geen gekleurd pictogram: geen update beschikbaar<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-note\" data-hs-callout-type=\"note\">\n<p>Opmerking: je wordt enkele weken voor de update per e-mail op de hoogte gebracht. Bereid jezelf en je teams voor op wat tijd om de licenties bij te werken. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3>Hoe kan ik updaten?<\/h3>\n<h4>0. Offline modus deactiveren<\/h4>\n<p>Als je offline was, open dan SOLIDWORKS en maak opnieuw verbinding.<\/p>\n<h4>1. Sluit SOLIDWORKS<\/h4>\n<p>We leggen het voor de hand, maar het is beter om het te zeggen.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Open het 3DEXPERIENCE-platform<\/h4>\n<p>Als je geen bladwijzer hebt in je browser, klik dan op het Launcher-pictogram rechtsonder in Windows :<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-none\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/image-png-Aug-30-2023-03-59-50-0115-PM.png\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p>U kunt ook deze algemene link gebruiken: https:\/\/eu1-ifwe.3dexperience.3ds.com<\/p>\n<h4>3. Open het kompas en zoek naar de SOLIDWORKS-toepassing<\/h4>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-none\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/compass-png-1.png\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<h4>4. Klik op het vervolgkeuzemenu naast het SOLIDWORKS-pictogram<\/h4>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-none\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/image-png-Aug-30-2023-04-06-20-7534-PM.png\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p>En selecteer de rode\/oranje\/groene pijl (afhankelijk van het type update)<\/p>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-warning\" data-hs-callout-type=\"warning\">\n<p>Soms moet de 3DEXPERIENCE <strong>Launcher <\/strong>ook bijgewerkt worden. De update wordt automatisch uitgevoerd en na voltooiing kunt u SOLIDWORKS Connected bijwerken. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>5. Volg de update-instructies<\/h4>\n<p>Als er foutmeldingen of waarschuwingen verschijnen, controleer dan of het niet gewoon processen zijn die op je pc worden uitgevoerd en die de installatie blokkeren.<\/p>\n<p>Sluit deze processen als dit het geval is.<\/p>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-caution\" data-hs-callout-type=\"caution\">\n<p>Waarschuwing: zorg ervoor dat je je pc NIET opnieuw opstart tijdens de update, zelfs niet als daarom wordt gevraagd. Zet je pc ook NIET in de slaapstand. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>In het geval van een probleem<\/h3>\n<p>Soms laat het leven je in de steek&#8230; Maak je geen zorgen, wij helpen je. <\/p>\n<p>Als u een probleem hebt, kunt u ons schrijven op <strong>support@xdinnovation.eu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voeg schermafbeeldingen en informatie over het probleem toe.<\/p>\n<h4>Bekende problemen oplossen<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a. Controleer je uitrusting<\/p>\n<p>Download en voer de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.3ds.com\/support\/cloud\/eligibility\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dassault Syst\u00e8mes Cloud Eligibility Test<\/a> uit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">b. \"Kan installatiegegevens niet extraheren\"<\/p>\n<p>Als u deze foutmelding krijgt :<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-none\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/image-png-Oct-27-2023-01-04-53-9784-PM.png\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p>Het is zeer waarschijnlijk dat je wordt geblokkeerd door SentinelOne antivirus.
