Toegangsrechten beheren in 3DEXPERIENCE"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Inleiding<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beslissen hoe ontwerpcontent wordt georganiseerd, wie er toegang toe heeft en wanneer, is een belangrijk onderdeel van de voorbereiding op het 3DEXPERIENCE-platform.<\/p>\n<p>Dit geldt niet alleen voor grote organisaties die een formeel release- en wijzigingsbeheerproces implementeren, maar ook voor kleinere ontwerpteams die beginnen met het gebruik van de review- en productlevenscyclusfuncties.<\/p>\n<p>De meeste gebruikers zijn gewend aan de Windows mappenstructuur, en het is belangrijk om te begrijpen hoe de 3DEXPERIENCE bladwijzereditor werkt om georganiseerd te blijven.<\/p>\n<h3>Stap 1: Toegang tot samenwerkingsruimten beheren<\/h3>\n<h4>1. Toegang tot collaboratieve werkruimten met 3DSpace<\/h4>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-note\" data-hs-callout-type=\"note\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Definitie: Alle bestanden die opgeslagen worden in 3DEXPERIENCE worden opgeslagen in een zogenaamde collaborative space. Alle nieuwe gebruikers die aan het platform worden toegevoegd, worden automatisch aan deze ruimte toegevoegd. <\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Cre\u00eber een gezamenlijke werkruimte<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Het kan een goed idee zijn om een nieuwe samenwerkingsruimte te maken om je ontwerp op te slaan, zodat je <strong>intellectuele eigendom behouden blijft<\/strong> wanneer je nieuwe leden uitnodigt op je 3DEXPERIENCE-platform.<\/p>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-tip\" data-hs-callout-type=\"tip\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tip: we raden je aan om alleen collaboratieve werkruimten te maken als je de toegang tot specifieke inhoud moet beheren. Aanbevolen voor projecten waarbij de ontwerpcontent beperkt moet blijven tot de mensen die eraan werken. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Beschermd <\/strong>- Alleen inhoud in de volwassenheidsstatus Verspreid en Verouderd is zichtbaar voor alle platformgebruikers binnen het bedrijf.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Openbaar <\/strong>- Zichtbaarheid van alle inhoud voor alle gebruikers in het bedrijf, ongeacht de mate van volwassenheid. Aanbevolen voor standaardonderdelen en -bibliotheken. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>3. Leden toevoegen aan de collaboratieve werkruimte<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selecteer de samenwerkingsruimte en voeg gebruikers toe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"4-Apr-23-2024-10-09-51-9971-AM\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"190\" style=\"height: auto; width: 688px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/4-Apr-23-2024-10-09-51-9971-AM.jpg\" width=\"688\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-note\" data-hs-callout-type=\"note\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Opmerking: Elke nieuwe gebruiker krijgt een rol toegewezen die zijn toegangsrechten tot de collaboratieve werkruimte bepaalt: nieuwe bestanden toevoegen, bestaande bestanden wijzigen of alleen bekijken. Er zijn verschillende soorten rollen: <\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"> <strong> Contributor<\/strong>: geeft alleen-lezen toegang tot bestanden<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Auteur <\/strong>: staat je toe je eigen bestanden aan te passen; kan de inhoud van andere bijdragers niet verspreiden of verwijderen<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Verantwoordelijk<\/strong>: hiermee kan een gebruiker inhoud verspreiden<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Eigenaar <\/strong>: hiermee kan een gebruiker de collaboratieve werkruimte beheren, in het bijzonder gebruikers toevoegen of verwijderen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Geavanceerde instellingen<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Optie 1<\/strong>: Standaard kunnen alle gebruikers collaboratieve workspaces aanmaken. Dit kan snel omslachtig worden. We raden aan om het maken van nieuwe collaboratieve werkruimten te beperken tot platformbeheerders. Dit gedrag wordt geregeld door de optie<strong>\"Sta alle nieuwe gebruikers toe om een collaboratieve werkruimte te maken<\/strong>\".   <\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Optie 2<\/strong>: Standaard worden de rollen van Manager en Eigenaar gecombineerd. Mappen maken met Bladwijzereditor<\/h4>\n<p>Ruimtes voor samenwerking zijn niet ontworpen om te worden gebruikt als mappen.<\/p>\n<p>Bladwijzereditor is de belangrijkste toepassing die u zult gebruiken. Met Bladwijzereditor kun je <strong>mappen en submappen maken, net als in Windows<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"8-3\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"335\" style=\"height: auto; width: 688px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/8-3.jpg\" width=\"688\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-tip\" data-hs-callout-type=\"tip\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tip: Bladwijzers halen alle referenties op (er staat een \"+\" pictogram naast de componenten), dus je hoeft niet AL je componenten in dezelfde bladwijzer op te slaan. Sla gewoon op wat je nodig hebt voor snelle toegang! <\/p>\n<p>Over het algemeen gaat het om de basisassemblage en eventuele tekeningen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h4>2. Mappen delen met andere gebruikers<\/h4>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bladwijzers in samenwerkingsruimten kunnen worden <strong>gedeeld met andere gebruikers<\/strong>. Bladwijzers en bestanden verwijderen<\/h4>\n<p>Het commando Verwijderen bestaat uit twee delen: <strong>Verwijderen <\/strong>en <strong>Verwijderen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"9-3\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"107\" style=\"height: auto; width: 291px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/9-3.jpg\" width=\"291\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-caution\" data-hs-callout-type=\"caution\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Verwijderen <\/strong>: het bestand wordt verwijderd uit de bladwijzer, maar is nog steeds aanwezig in de samenwerkingsruimte waar het was opgeslagen.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Verwijderen <\/strong>: het bestand wordt verwijderd uit de bladwijzer en zijn samenwerkingsruimte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deze twee commando&#8217;s kunnen ook worden toegepast op bladwijzers.
