Nomenclaturen - BOM-beheer"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Definities - wat is een productnomenclatuur?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Een Bill<strong> Of <\/strong> Materials (BOM) is een lijst met onderdelen of documenten waaruit je product bestaat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Het is een <strong>manier om naar een product te kijken<\/strong>, afhankelijk van welke afdeling in het bedrijf ernaar kijkt: het ontwerpbureau, de inkoop, de werkplaats, enz. Er zijn dus verschillende soorten stuklijsten. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De belangrijkste soorten BOM zijn :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>cadBOM<\/strong>: de CAD-nomenclatuur, verkregen in SOLIDWORKS of CATIA<\/li>\n<li><strong>eBOM<\/strong>: engineering BOM, engineering- of inkoopnomenclatuur<\/li>\n<li><strong>mBOM<\/strong>: productie-BOM, productienomenclatuur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dit wordt vaak naar een <strong>ERP-systeem<\/strong> gestuurd in Excel- of CSV-formaat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Laten we eens kijken hoe je de verschillende BOM&#8217;s beheert in 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS en CATIA.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. cadBOM: CAD-nomenclatuur<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Het ontwerpbureau maakt zijn assemblage in SOLIDWORKS of CATIA en verkrijgt zo de CAD constructieboom. Dit is algemeen bekend als <strong>cadBOM<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deze <strong>cadBOM <\/strong>kan worden gebruikt als basis voor het werk, maar&nbsp;<strong>het bevat alleen wat is \"ontworpen\".<\/strong> Het zal daarom moeten worden verrijkt en gereorganiseerd om alle elementen te tonen die nodig zijn om dit product te bouwen en te gebruiken (zoals lijmen, vetten, enz.). <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dit zal een beter beheer van wijzigingen en upgrades mogelijk maken. Deze nomenclatuur wordt de<strong>eBOM<\/strong> (engineering BOM). <\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoe krijg ik de cadBOM?<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>a. Vanuit SOLIDWORKS of CATIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Over het algemeen wordt de tekening ook gebruikt om de BOM weer te geven en als CSV-bestand uit te pakken. Je kunt dus een tabel invoegen in je tekening: <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"BOM in SW\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"371\" style=\"height: auto; width: 688px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/BOM%20in%20SW.gif\" width=\"688\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>b. Van Bladwijzers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U kunt ook een <strong>cadBOM <\/strong>extraheren zonder CAD-software te gebruiken, met 3DEXPERIENCE. In de toepassing Bookmark Editor kunt u een CSV-bestand extraheren uit uw cadBOM. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deze BOM moet echter opnieuw worden bewerkt om <strong>de hoeveelheden weer te geven<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Exporteren vanuit bladwijzers\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"371\" style=\"height: auto; width: 688px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/Export%20from%20bookmarks.gif\" width=\"688\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. eBOM, engineering nomenclatuur<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Het ontwerpbureau is verantwoordelijk voor het maken van een eBOM die de uiteindelijke samenstelling van het product weergeeft, <strong>inclusief alle essenti\u00eble onderdelen<\/strong> zoals lijmen, vetten, software, riemen\/kettingen\/slangen enz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deze <strong>eBOM <\/strong>is essentieel omdat het de referentienomenclatuur is voor het product zoals het is ontworpen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Verschillende stadia zoals <strong>inkoop<\/strong>, <strong>productie<\/strong>, verzending, <strong>onderhoud <\/strong>of renovatie vereisen specifieke groeperingen en aanpassingen die in eBOM worden weergegeven.<\/p>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-caution\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-hs-callout-type=\"caution\">\n<p>Vaak doet het ontwerpbureau dit in een <strong>Excel-bestand<\/strong>, dat handmatig wordt ingevuld. Je moet eraan denken om het bij te werken zodra je iets verandert en <strong>er kunnen fouten insluipen, wat erg duur is<\/strong> voor bedrijven. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoe krijg ik eBOM?<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Voorwaarde<\/strong>: je hebt de rol <a href=\"https:\/\/my.3dexperience.3ds.com\/welcome\/fr\/compass-world\/3dexperience-works\/governance\/develop-and-release\/product-release-engineer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\"<strong>Product Release Engineer<\/strong> (XEN-OC)\"<\/a> nodig, die niet standaard bij SOLIDWORKS of CATIA zit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>a. Het betreffende product toevoegen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Of de CAD nu compleet is of niet, je kunt aan de slag met je eBOM.
