{"id":92602,"date":"2025-03-19T00:19:15","date_gmt":"2025-03-18T23:19:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ohmycad.com\/nao-e-possivel-extrair-dados-de-instalacao-resolucao\/"},"modified":"2025-03-19T00:19:15","modified_gmt":"2025-03-18T23:19:15","slug":"nao-e-possivel-extrair-dados-de-instalacao-resolucao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ohmycad.com\/pt-pt\/nao-e-possivel-extrair-dados-de-instalacao-resolucao\/","title":{"rendered":"N\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel extrair dados de instala\u00e7\u00e3o - resolu\u00e7\u00e3o"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Problema:&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<p>Quando inicias o SOLIDWORKS ou outras aplica\u00e7\u00f5es, recebes o seguinte erro: \"N\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel extrair os dados de instala\u00e7\u00e3o\".<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-none\" height=\"244\" style=\"width: 494px; height: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/undefined-3.png\" width=\"494\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<h3>Correc\u00e7\u00f5es conhecidas :<\/h3>\n<h4>Se utilizares o software antiv\u00edrus SentinelOne<\/h4>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Se estiveres a utilizar o antiv\u00edrus Sentinel One, este ir\u00e1 bloquear a abertura do 3DEXPERIENCE Launcher.<\/p>\n<p>Ao consultares o Event Viewer, aparece um m\u00f3dulo defeituoso: InProcessClient64.dll, como mostra a imagem abaixo:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"hs-image-align-none\" height=\"497\" style=\"width: 688px; height: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/undefined-2.jpeg\" width=\"688\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-note\" data-hs-callout-type=\"note\">\n<p>Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o: Tu ou o teu departamento de TI devem adicionar uma exce\u00e7\u00e3o no teu software antiv\u00edrus Sentinel One para o seguinte programa:<\/p>\n<p>C:\\Program Files\\Dassault Systemes\\3DEXPERIENCE Launcher\\3DEXPERIENCE LauncherGUI.exe<\/p>\n<p>C:\\Program Files\\Dassault Systemes\\Launcher\\3DEXPERIENCE LauncherBackbone.exe<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>IMPORTANTE: Tens de reiniciar a tua esta\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalho depois de a exce\u00e7\u00e3o ter sido adicionada.<\/p>\n<p>Se tiveres instalado o teu lan\u00e7ador 3DEXPERIENCE numa localiza\u00e7\u00e3o personalizada, ter\u00e1s de adicionar essa localiza\u00e7\u00e3o personalizada como uma exce\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h4>Se n\u00e3o utilizares o software antiv\u00edrus SentinelOne<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<ol>Outra causa poss\u00edvel \u00e9 o n\u00edvel de seguran\u00e7a da intranet local, que bloqueia as trocas com o 3DEXPERIENCE Launcher.<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<ol>Neste caso, tenta o seguinte procedimento:&nbsp;<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Abre as Op\u00e7\u00f5es da Internet no menu Iniciar do Windows.
