Nomenclaturas - Gest\u00e3o da lista t\u00e9cnica"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Defini\u00e7\u00f5es - o que \u00e9 a nomenclatura de um produto?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uma lista<strong> de <\/strong> materiais (BOM) \u00e9 uma lista de componentes ou documentos que ir\u00e3o constituir o teu produto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9 uma <strong>forma de ver um produto<\/strong> de acordo com o departamento da empresa que o est\u00e1 a ver: o gabinete de design, as compras, a oficina, etc. Por conseguinte, existem diferentes tipos de listas de pe\u00e7as. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os principais tipos de lista t\u00e9cnica s\u00e3o :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>cadBOM<\/strong>: a nomenclatura CAD, obtida em SOLIDWORKS ou CATIA<\/li>\n<li><strong>eBOM<\/strong>: lista t\u00e9cnica de engenharia, nomenclatura de engenharia ou de compras<\/li>\n<li><strong>mBOM<\/strong>: lista t\u00e9cnica de fabrico, nomenclatura de fabrico<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9 frequentemente isto que \u00e9 enviado para um sistema <strong>ERP<\/strong>, em formato Excel ou CSV.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vamos ver como gerir as diferentes listas t\u00e9cnicas no 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS e no CATIA.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. cadBOM: Nomenclatura CAD<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O gabinete de estudos cria a sua montagem em SOLIDWORKS ou CATIA e obt\u00e9m assim a \u00e1rvore de constru\u00e7\u00e3o CAD. Esta \u00e9 normalmente conhecida como <strong>cadBOM<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este <strong>cadBOM <\/strong>pode ser utilizado como base de trabalho, mas&nbsp;<strong>Cont\u00e9m apenas o que foi \"concebido\".<\/strong> Ter\u00e1, portanto, de ser enriquecido e reorganizado para mostrar todos os elementos necess\u00e1rios para construir e utilizar este produto (como colas, massas lubrificantes, etc.). <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Isto permitir\u00e1 uma melhor gest\u00e3o das modifica\u00e7\u00f5es e actualiza\u00e7\u00f5es. Esta nomenclatura tornar-se-\u00e1 a<strong>eBOM<\/strong> (lista t\u00e9cnica de engenharia). <\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como \u00e9 que obtenho o cadBOM?<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>a. A partir do SOLIDWORKS ou do CATIA <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em geral, o desenho tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 utilizado para exibir a lista t\u00e9cnica e extra\u00ed-la como um ficheiro CSV. Portanto, podes inserir uma tabela no teu desenho: <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Lista t\u00e9cnica em SW\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"371\" style=\"height: auto; width: 688px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/BOM%20in%20SW.gif\" width=\"688\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>b. A partir dos marcadores <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tamb\u00e9m pode extrair um <strong>cadBOM <\/strong>sem utilizar o software CAD, utilizando o 3DEXPERIENCE. Na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o Bookmark Editor, pode extrair um ficheiro CSV do seu cadBOM. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No entanto, esta lista t\u00e9cnica ter\u00e1 de ser reformulada para <strong>apresentar as quantidades<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Exportar dos marcadores\" class=\"hs-image-align-center\" height=\"371\" style=\"height: auto; width: 688px;\" src=\"https:\/\/8764694.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/8764694\/Export%20from%20bookmarks.gif\" width=\"688\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. eBOM, nomenclatura de engenharia<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O gabinete de design \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pela cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um eBOM que representa a composi\u00e7\u00e3o final do produto, <strong>incluindo todos os componentes essenciais<\/strong>, tais como colas, massas lubrificantes, software, correias\/correntes\/mangueiras, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este <strong>eBOM <\/strong>\u00e9 essencial porque \u00e9 a nomenclatura de refer\u00eancia para o produto tal como foi concebido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As diferentes fases, como <strong>as compras<\/strong>, <strong>o fabrico<\/strong>, a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o, a <strong>manuten\u00e7\u00e3o <\/strong>ou a renova\u00e7\u00e3o, exigem agrupamentos e ajustamentos espec\u00edficos revelados no eBOM.<\/p>\n<div class=\"hs-callout-type-caution\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-hs-callout-type=\"caution\">\n<p>Muitas vezes, o gabinete de design faz isto num ficheiro <strong>Excel<\/strong>, preenchido manualmente. Tens de te lembrar de o atualizar assim que mudares alguma coisa, e <strong>podem surgir erros, o que \u00e9 muito dispendioso<\/strong> para as empresas. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como \u00e9 que obtenho o eBOM?<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pr\u00e9-requisito<\/strong>: precisas da fun\u00e7\u00e3o <a href=\"https:\/\/my.3dexperience.3ds.com\/welcome\/fr\/compass-world\/3dexperience-works\/governance\/develop-and-release\/product-release-engineer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\"<strong>Product Release Engineer<\/strong> (XEN-OC)\"<\/a>, que n\u00e3o est\u00e1 inclu\u00edda por defeito no SOLIDWORKS ou no CATIA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>a.
