Why Choose a Standalone Office Suite?

Your documents and emails remain in France, on a server dedicated to your company. You retain control of your data, and we manage it for you.

Pourquoi avoir choisi La Suite numérique ?

Parce que l'État l'a construite pour ses propres agents : plus de 500 000 l'utilisent chaque mois, dans 15 ministères. Le code est ouvert, sans dépendance à un éditeur. L'offre de l'État est réservée au secteur public : Ohmycad en déploie une instance dédiée pour votre entreprise.

Est-ce Word, Excel et PowerPoint ?

Non. Ce sont les outils de La Suite : Docs pour écrire à plusieurs, Grist pour les tableurs, Fichiers pour le drive. Ils importent et exportent les formats Office et OpenDocument, donc vous ouvrez vos fichiers existants et vous envoyez à vos clients des fichiers qu'ils savent lire.

Will my teams be able to figure it out?

Oui. Un drive, un éditeur de texte, un tableur et un webmail : les outils du quotidien, dans le navigateur, sans installation. L'import de vos documents existants fait partie de la mise en service, si besoin.

Puis-je utiliser Outlook ou l'appli mail de mon téléphone ?

Non. Messages, la messagerie de La Suite, fonctionne en webmail uniquement, sans IMAP ni POP. Vous y accédez depuis le navigateur, sur ordinateur comme sur mobile.

Où sont hébergées nos données ?

En France, sur le cloud Outscale Dassault Systèmes, dans une instance réservée à votre entreprise. La qualification SecNumCloud est disponible en option.
