Problem:

When you launch the SOLIDWORKS update, the error message “An incomplete installation has been found” appears and you cannot continue.

Resolution 1: Delete the blocking folder

1. On your computer, delete the“incomplete” folder in the path :

C:\Program FilesDassault SystemesSOLIDWORKS 3DEXPERIENCE\InstallData

2. Relaunch the update

Resolution 2: Reinstall the software

If resolution method 1 does not resolve the problem, follow the standard SOLIDWORKS uninstallation procedure.
