The exam includes practical exercises covering the many welded construction functions in SOLIDWORKS :

• Creating a welded construction profile
• Placing a weldment profile in the weldment profile library
• Basic and advanced creation of welded construction parts
• Modifying a corner of a welded construction
• Placing discontinuities at corner and segment intersections.
• Tips
• Gussets
• Modifying a part of a welded construction
• Adjust/Extend control
• Creating a 3D sketch
• Managing the list of welded parts in the Welded Construction section
• Creation of the weldment list in the welded construction drawing

In case of failure

Don’t panic, it happens. What’s more, it’s not your fault – we know SOLIDWORKS crashed.

You’ll be able to retake it in 14 days, so get back to practicing in the meantime. You’ll need a new code for the exam.
