This example guides you through the creation and execution of an external fluid flow simulation on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
You will learn to :
- Use the Wizard to create a simulation that models mechanical forces and stationary fluid flow dynamics.
- Define an internal fluid region for your model.
- Assign a material to the fluid section.
- Specify flow physics, including thermal effects.
- Apply the boundary conditions.
- Create a mesh of the fluid region.
- Request data output for relevant variables.
- Perform a check and run a simulation.
- Generate plots to display pressure, temperature, flow velocity and streamline contours of fluid flow.
