Problem:

After updating SOLIDWORKS, the error message“Unable to connect to 3DEXPERIENCE” appears and you can no longer work on it.

 

Resolution 1: Delete folders 

1. On your computer, delete the following folders:

%programdata%\DassaultSystemesLicenses

%localappdata%\Temp\swcefcache

2. Relaunch SOLIDWORKS

Resolution 2: Reinstall the software

If resolution method 1 does not resolve the problem, follow the standard SOLIDWORKS uninstallation procedure.
