Frequently Asked Questions About Ohmycoaching

How is it different from Ohmycare?
Ohmycare helps the entire team build their skills over time, with a dedicated engineer and regular sessions. Ohmycoaching brings in an expert in a specific field to analyze your data for issues the team can’t handle on its own. The two services are complementary.
Can I purchase hours on a per-job basis?+
No. Ohmycoaching is available only as a monthly subscription, with options for 4 or 8 hours. This allows you to book an expert and ensures you receive priority scheduling.
Who provides the services?+
It depends on the service: an Ohmycad engineer, or a partner expert from the network when the project requires their specialty. In either case, you’ll have a single point of contact at Ohmycad.
Are you doing the study for us?+
The goal is for you to be able to continue using the method on your own. The expert works with your teams on your files, explains the decisions made, and leaves you with a reusable template.
Which software programs?+
SOLIDWORKS or CATIA, as well as the relevant 3DEXPERIENCE platform applications (simulation, PDM, manufacturing).
What if my topic isn't in the list?+
Describe it: The network covers a broader scope than the six areas highlighted. If we don't have the right expert, we'll let you know.
