The management of Ohmycad (NEXTCUBE.IO SAS), a Dassault Systèmes solutions integrator specialized in SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE and Outscale, has acquired the entire capital of the company from Avenao.
The transaction comes after a record year: 16 awards received at Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE World 2026, including number one cloud reseller worldwide*. It gives the management team the means to accelerate on two fronts: the historical business of direct sales and integration of Dassault Systèmes solutions, and the transformation into a distribution and enablement platform (Value Added Master Reseller) that helps entrepreneurs replicate its model internationally.
The OMC30 Plan is clear: become Dassault Systèmes’ number one partner worldwide in new client acquisition.
The buyout group brings together Ohmycad’s four historical managers: Pierre-Marc Allain (CEO & Co-Founder), Victor Roux (CMO & Head of Master Reseller Program), Kilian Le Fouillé (CRO & Head of Ohmycad Studio) and Nadim Al Khoury (COO, Finance & Operations). They are backed by the historical founders (Sébastien and Lenny Vercruysse) who, as reference shareholders, remain committed to the objectives of the OMC30 Plan.
For all Ohmycad clients, nothing changes day to day. Independence will make it possible to invest faster: artificial intelligence and new technologies serving clients, development of the partner network, service offerings, sovereign cloud with Outscale.
