Description
SOLIDWORKS Electrical 3D & Schematic combines electrical schematics and 3D wiring in a single project: harnesses are routed directly within the model on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. What is drawn in the schematic is reflected in the machine, and vice versa.
This solves the common discrepancies between the schematic and the control cabinet: rather than estimating cable lengths, you obtain them directly from the routing defined in the 3D model. Engineering firms that design machines or wired equipment benefit from a reliable bill of materials and documentation that is always synchronized with the mechanical design.
The subscription is named-user based, available as an annual or 3-month plan, with multi-user deployment and either cloud or local storage. Two months are included free with the annual plan, and new versions are included.
