SOLIDWORKS Simulation Premium is the most comprehensive edition of SOLIDWORKS Simulation for desktop use: it expands on the Professional edition by adding nonlinear simulation, dynamics, and drop test analysis to address scenarios that linear analysis can no longer describe.
This level is designed for engineers who take validation a step further: large displacements, nonlinear behavior, comprehensive mechanical scenarios, with material calibration to match real-world behavior. Everything remains integrated within SOLIDWORKS: the analysis starts from your design model and returns to it, without the need to reimport.
At €645/month with an annual commitment, according to the official Dassault Systèmes pricing table, Premium is the top-tier desktop plan, following Standard and Professional. The license is a named-user, multi-seat subscription with cloud or local storage, available on an annual or 3-month commitment basis; the annual plan includes two free months, and new versions are included.
