The tech world is still predominantly male… but we’re changing that
For a long time, the tech industry was seen as a male-dominated world. At Ohmycad, we decided to reverse the trend. 50% of our engineers are women, and we’re proud of that. Because we’re convinced that women have a vital role to play in digital transformation, CAD, and AI.
Why diversity is a driver of innovation
Studies show that mixed-gender teams innovate faster and more effectively. In the CAD, the’AI and the digital transformation, a diversity of viewpoints is a strategic asset.
According to UN Women, gender equality in the tech sector is a driver of sustainable growth.

At Ohmycad, diversity is part of our everyday life
We don't just pay lip service:
- Proactive Recruitment: partnerships with engineering schools and dedicated programs.
- Internal Mentoring: Career support for women to break through the glass ceiling.
- Inclusive Culture: flexibility, remote work, and recognition of skills above all else.

Women who are making a difference here
We highlight inspiring stories:
- Maud & Maude from the very beginning of the Ohmycad adventure
- Céline, Océane, Aya, Léa, who recently joined us to boost our startup program and support entrepreneurs.
- Cassandra, who leads our digital marketing and communications strategy.
These talented women embody our belief: tech is stronger when it’s inclusive.
A dynamic ecosystem
We also support initiatives that advance the cause:
- CSI (Industrial Startups Collective), led by female entrepreneurs such as Éléonore Blondeau and Magali Joessel.
- Committed communities: https://women-in-tech.org, https://www.femmes-numerique.fr, https://www.numeum.fr.
Why we're proud of it
Because technology must reflect society. Because our clients want teams that understand their challenges. And because equality isn’t an option, it’s a prerequisite for sustainable innovation.
